Another of our team who’s listed in the 2024 ROCCO Top 100, Michael Power is a renowned product leader, founder and CXO with over 25 years of experience in tech and telecoms. Working within startups, SMEs and global enterprises, he’s dedicated his career to developing innovative products that help businesses engage with their customers.
Michael has been a software developer, CRM, ERP and BI consultant, Product Director and had a number of CxO roles in Product and Technology. Over the last 12 years he has focussed on the telecom sector; specialising in future messaging channels and R&D. He was instrumental in the first wave of CPaaS platforms and then ran his own successful business sharing his expertise with the wider industry.

The key is to be okay with failing but do it fast and move on. Knowing that, whatever you do, don’t get bogged down with onerous processes that stall your business at the critical point in its journey.”
Michael was among the first hires at CRM specialist Concentrix, helping grow the business significantly prior to its acquisition by TSG. There he managed the product team to deliver a complete set of vertical solutions, before moving to Commify to manage the Esendex web product portfolio. More recently he’s been a Chief Product & Technology Officer at Phoenix51, Customer Engagement Consultant at GTC, and Product Director (Content Personalization) at Sinch.
Before joining eSIM Go he worked as the RCS Business Messaging Advisor at the Mobile Ecosystem Forum, working with mobile operators and messaging providers to make RCS business messaging a reality, and still operates his CPaaS and mobile communications consultancy, Engage Mobile.
Michael says he’s found his happy place in turning the complex world of mobile telecoms into products that anyone can use. This shared desire to demystify the industry and create cutting edge, high growth products is what first attracted him to eSIM Go, along with the company’s pioneering ‘can do’ spirit.
